Yes. Valden checks every trade license and certification number directly at the issuing source — not just on the resume — and confirms OSHA cards and past project history with references from previous foremen before a tradesperson is placed.
Can Valden staff an entire crew for a project?
Yes. Valden staffs single backfills up to full project crews, and can scale headcount up or down as project phases change. Tell us the project timeline on the intake call and we'll build the staffing plan around it.
Who carries workers' comp for trades placements?
Valden does. Every placed tradesperson is a W-2 employee of Valden Staffing, covered under our workers' compensation policy — a major liability reduction for contractors on active job sites.
What if a tradesperson isn't right for the job?
Call your coordinator and we replace them fast. If a worker isn't a fit on their first shift, you don't pay for that shift.
